It depends on lot size, how often you want us, and what's included (mowing only, or mowing plus edging, trimming, and bed care). We measure the property and give you a flat written price. Recurring weekly or biweekly clients get 10% off every visit.
Yes. We're open 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Sunday, so weekend estimates and weekend work are part of the normal schedule.
Moss in Western Washington usually means compacted soil, poor drainage, and shade. We dethatch to pull the moss out, aerate to open the soil, and apply fertilizer and lime to shift conditions back toward grass. Spring and fall are the best windows.
Yes. Paver patios and walkways, retaining walls, and fence installation are all in-house. Because we also do maintenance, we design hardscape that's easy to keep clean and mow around.
Always. Clippings, leaves, branches, old sod, and demolition debris leave with us. You shouldn't have a pile at the curb when we're done.
