One owner, one crew, every yard treated like our own
Noriega Landscaping is run by Julio Noriega out of Monroe, Washington. It started the way most good landscaping companies do: a mower, a truck, and a few neighbors who noticed the work and asked for the same. Word of mouth carried it from Monroe to Snohomish and Lake Stevens, then west to Woodinville, Kirkland, and the rest of the Eastside.
We're a full-service outfit. Weekly and biweekly maintenance keeps the schedule steady, and the same crew installs pavers, fences, irrigation, sod, and retaining walls. Doing both means we plan hardscape with mowing and drainage in mind, and we maintain yards knowing exactly how they were built.
Julio still does every estimate personally and is the one who answers the phone. The company is open 7 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Sunday, because yards don't wait for business hours and neither should you. Recurring clients get 10% off every visit, and any job that isn't right gets fixed, no invoice attached.
