Everett

Everett is the county seat and a regular stop on our Snohomish County routes. The city mixes older established neighborhoods near downtown and the port with larger lots and new construction out toward Silver Lake and the Eastmont corridor. We keep all of it on a maintenance schedule — mowing, edging, bed care, and hedge trimming.

The slopes above Port Gardner and the wet valley floor both call for retaining walls and drainage, so we build block and stone walls with gravel footings and pipe behind them. Lawns here go mossy every winter, making dethatching, aeration, and lime part of the routine.
