Woodinville

Woodinville is where our Snohomish County routes meet the Eastside. The city mixes large wooded lots in the Hollywood Hill and Wellington areas with commercial properties in the warehouse and tasting-room district, and we maintain both.

Larger lots here mean irrigation matters, especially for the long dry stretch from July through September. We install and repair systems, tune coverage, and handle winterization.

Paver patios, outdoor entertaining areas, and retaining walls are regular projects on Woodinville's sloped lots, and we build them to drain properly.
